Location

In the inner heart of Paris and with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, this restyling was significantly important because it combined new and luxury finishes and furniture together with original and ancient elements of the building.

The penthouse is in the inner city centre, 600m far from the iconic Eiffel Tower, and required a detailed project from concept design to construction. The client asked for end-to-end services and Interni Now, whilst developing the project, selected also the building materials, textiles, and furniture.

At the moment, the works are close to being done and we can’t wait to show you the completed result! Stay tuned for the second part of this Parisienne love story and, in the meantime, learn more about the design and construction phase.

Construction "Fun fact"

During the construction phase, the demolitions and interventions brought to life a wonderful ancient wall with the original fireplace, previously covered by a second layer of the wall. Due to the beauty and the value of the original elements, the project was modified to maintain the ancient beauty and its precious details uncovered.

Thanks to the works of interior design finishing and furnishing carried out by Interni Now, the design masterpieces, the original fireplace, and the ancient wall enhance each-other in a win-to-win relationship.

Distribution and Furniture

One of the main spaces of the apartment is the big dining hall, which we furnished with the Galileo table by Fendi and Maxalto’s chairs. But not only… throughout the house, you can find top brands, among the others, like Poltrona FrauBarovier&Toso & Catellani&Smith.

Materials

The client also required a personal wardrobe linked to the master bedroom and, together with the private bathroom, wanted these spaces to be cladded in White Carrara Marble.

Finishes and materials are a big component of our Paris Penthouse and have given us the possibility to challenge ourselves with luxury materials and high-end craftsmanship.

The most challenging request was, probably, to create hidden doors in walls that are cladded in Collemandina marble.

The result is a custom technology that is able, on the one side, to support the weight of the entire structure and, on the other and thanks to a special cut of the edge of the marble slab, to perfectly hide the border of the door.

The only thing the client now needs to say is “Open, Sesam”!
